Here’s your opportunity as an intern to become part of a great British Brand Ambassador for our client who has a long tradition in providing the finest quality, award-winning botanical beauty products, combined with world class customer service.
> Intern should be considered vital in promoting their brand and all other things relating to the brand by ensuring a fantastic customer journey throughout. This will include using your training knowledge you get from our client.
> Intern will be responsible for ensuring high standards of product presentation (by answering any customer queries, educating the customer about skincare routines, and helping to select suitable products as well as maintaining adequate stock levels)
> Intern should have interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise with all customers, offering recommendations and advice as appropriate.
> Intern should engage with the customer by demonstrating products and offering our tailored Signature Services mini treatments.
> Intern has a G.C.E qualification/equivalent
