What type of accommodations do you provide?
We provide home stays, residential homes, flatshare and hostels.
Is there any landlord deposit?
Yes, there is a landlord deposit on home stay, residential homes and flatshare. With hostels, it is pay as you go.
Do I need to pre-book for accommodation before arrival?
If you wish to stay in one of our accommodations, yes, you do need pre-booking.
How can I get to my accommodation destination after arrival?
We will provide you transportation if you pre-book with an additional fee. The fee of the service will all depend on where you arrive and your destination.
Host Families
What is a host family?
Married or unmarried couple with/without a child or children.
Can I share the same Host family accommodation with a close friend or relative?
Yes, if there is space for two, you can always share with someone close to you with an additional fee of the other space.
As a person with a different culture, could I cook my own food if I wish?
Yes, we cater for all needs including self-food preparation.
I am anxious about meeting my host family
Before your arrival, we will connect you to your Host Family via Skype, WhatsApp, email etc.
Please note!
It is the duty of the student or intern to contact their host family a few days before arrival to check the arrival time is convenient for both parties.
While staying with the host family, can I do my laundry there?
Yes, your host family will provide you one wash a week. Anything other than that would be needed to be discussed with the host family.
If I am not pleased with my host family, have I got the choice to leave?
If you are not pleased with your host family for whatever reason and you wish to leave, contact our team for assistance.
Residential
Will there be other students on the premises?
The majority are occupied with students from different cultures. This presents you the opportunity to make friends during your stay.
While staying at the residential home, can I do my laundry there?
Yes, almost all residential home has laundry rooms.
Am I allowed to smoke there?
No, all our residential homes are smoke free zones.
Are there bedding packs already?
Depends, you have the option to order from us or bring yours along.
Is there a curfew?
No, you are free to go in and out as you may wish.
While staying in the flat, can I wash my laundry there?
Some flats have washing machines others do not. In that case, you might want to go to the launderette.
How is the cleaning service?
Cleaning service is once a week.
Hostels
Are there bedding packs already?
Yes, bedding packs are provided at the hostels.
Can I prepare my own cuisine there?
Yes, hostels give access to their kitchens normally between 22:00 till 23:00.
